1. Introduction

Artlume is a service provided by We3World Limited, a company registered in England with company registration number 10210553, and registered address 10 Ambassador Place, Stockport Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA15 8DB (“Artlume,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Artlume aims to make art affordable by offering personalized, social, and interactive features for streaming artworks, images, and related content.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Artlume Service, including all features, functionalities, websites, user interfaces, content, and software applications associated with the service.

2. Using the Artlume Service

To use the Artlume Service, you must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Minors under 18 may only use the service with adult supervision. You agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes and comply with all applicable laws and user guidelines.

3. Service Options

Artlume offers both Free Service options and Paid Subscriptions. Details on available plans can be found on our website. Free Services provide limited access to features, while Paid Subscriptions unlock additional functionalities. Trials for Paid Subscriptions may also be offered, subject to eligibility and terms.

4. Lifetime Access to Exclusive Bundles

Occasionally, Artlume may offer “Lifetime Access” to certain Exclusive bundles. “Lifetime Access” means that the user will retain access to the specific bundle for as long as the content is licensed to and available on the Artlume platform. It does not guarantee permanent or perpetual availability of any content. Lifetime Access is promotional, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn if content rights change or if the user breaches these Terms. A Lifetime Bundle is not a lifetime subscription to the Artlume Service, nor does it guarantee permanent availability of any artwork, image, or media. Content within a Lifetime Bundle may become unavailable if licensing terms expire, rights holders withdraw content, or for any operational, legal, or technical reasons.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payments for Paid Subscriptions can be made monthly or for a pre-paid period. Price changes will be communicated in advance. Refunds are available during a 14-day Cooling-off Period, provided the service has not been used during this time. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.

6. User Content

Users may post or upload content (“User Content”) to the Artlume Service. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. Content must comply with applicable laws and our guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and content on the Artlume Service are the property of We3World Limited or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify this content without explicit permission.

8. Limitations and Liability

The Artlume Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or functionality and disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for violations of these Terms or other applicable policies. Refunds are not provided for terminated accounts.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
